We are seeking a highly skilled Network System Administrator to join our team at Millfinish Industries Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate access and use of computer networks to ensure seamless connectivity and data transfer.
- Install and configure software to optimize network performance and security.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
- Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures, maintaining control records and ensuring data integrity.
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring software to optimize server performance and protect against cyber threats.
- Supervise technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Basic security clearance and confidential security clearance.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Paid time off (volunteering or personal days).

- English language proficiency.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
