Retail Store Manager

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations
- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets our high standards of customer service.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and that customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Financial Management
- Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee recognition.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure that the store is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including those related to customer safety, employee well-being, and store security.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
- Language
- English.
