Key Responsibilities- Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, from initial contact to completion of repairs.
- Quality Control: Inspect all repairs to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of all inventory, including parts and supplies.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in a collision repair facility.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of technicians and support staff. Proficient in estimating software and other relevant tools.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or technical training preferred.
