Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 per year for this full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and supervising staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source high-quality ingredients and kitchen essentials to maintain exceptional food standards.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to deliver outstanding results.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to ensure staff adhere to industry standards.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and select top talent to join our kitchen operations team.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Implement quality control measures to maintain exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets to optimize kitchen operations efficiency.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate and submit regular reports on kitchen performance and operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
