Electromagnetic Sensor Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electromagnetic Sensor Specialist to join our team as a Principal Test Conductor at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Beale AFB, CA.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and take your career to the next level. As a Principal Test Conductor, you will be responsible for ensuring that engineering tests serve mission objectives and overseeing the operational aspects of engineering tests.

• Ensure engineering tests meet mission objectives and develop mechanisms to execute tests
• Test all customer samples and oversee technicians during tests
• Assess anomalies and develop resolutions to documented procedures in conjunction with Test and Quality Engineering

• 5 years of Electromagnetic Sensor experience in operations and/or training environment with a Bachelor of Science; OR 3 years of Electromagnetic Sensor experience in operations and/or training environment with Masters; OR 0 years of Electromagnetic Sensor experience in operations and/or training environment with PhD or 9 years of Electromagnetic Sensor experience in operations and/or training environment with a High School diploma
• Experience as an Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) professional or equivalent
• Experience with mission planning, execution, and debriefing
• Active TS/SCI required with an active investigation in the last 5 years and the ability to acquire and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) per business requirements
