Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically capable Farm Worker to join our team at KOTELES FARMS LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the cultivation and harvesting of vegetables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between rows
  • Hand harvest vegetables
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Examine product for quality and readiness for market
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The work site environment includes wet/damp, dusty, hot, and cold/refrigerated conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
  • Experience: An asset
  • Language: English
  • Work hours: 40 to 60 hours per week
Physical Demands

The successful candidate must be physically capable of standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. Overtime may be required.
