About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sahara Courtyard Inn (1995) Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services required for facilities maintenance.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
