Retail Store Operations Manager

- As a Retail Store Operations Manager at BC LTD, you will oversee a team of 5-10 staff members, including sales workers, design team, and office staff.
- Responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and establishing work schedules.
- You will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, as well as resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages.
- In addition, you will supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, manage cash, and ensure the smooth operation of the retail store.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment contract
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
- Excellent client focus and team player skills
- Fluency in English
