About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Professional to join our team at Digital Fire & Security Services Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, coordination, and execution, with a focus on business administration and management.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement new administrative procedures to optimize business operations
  2. Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow
  3. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  4. Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  5. Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  6. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  7. Perform data entry and monitor and evaluate business operations
  8. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  9. Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications
  10. Prepare operations and project estimates, schedules, and reports
  11. Prepare project schedules and proposals
  12. Develop and implement quality control programs
  13. Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
  14. Prepare reports and consult with clients to determine project needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in project management and business administration
  • Strong knowledge of project management software and database software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
