As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, addressing concerns, and achieving performance targets. You will own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents, proactively monitoring vacancies and achieving leasing targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Own the leasing process, from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents
  • Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
  • Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and property management software
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Valid driver's license, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation
