We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Architect to lead our team in developing cutting-edge training systems and engineering services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Developing comprehensive training system concepts
  • Soliciting requirements from stakeholders
  • Deriving high-level system requirements
  • Defining and refining lower-level requirements
  • Selecting suitable training media
  • Gathering data on potential simulations
  • Leveraging expertise in Technical Investigation and Engineering Services (TIES)
  • Providing DSEEP services

**Requirements**

  • Hold or be eligible for Secret – Level II (or higher) Clearance with the Government of Canada
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree from a distinguished Canadian university in an Engineering field directly related to Information Technology
  • Demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in a relevant engineering field
  • Showcase a minimum of four (4) years of recent experience within the last five (5) years, actively engaged as a systems engineer, specializing in the design, development, and deployment of intricate 'System of Systems' products
  • Exhibit expertise in conducting requirement analysis and deriving system requirements from operational requirements within complex environments
  • Display proven skills in performing system design, supporting software development within 'System of Systems' contexts
  • Illustrate proficiency in performing software validation and verification to ensure products meet designated design intent
  • Showcase a history of generating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation to the highest standards
  • Possess an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification or a current INCOSE Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) certification
  • Bring valuable experience participating in project taskings utilizing Agile development processes

**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
