Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Han's Family. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Discipline children according to the parents' methods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Supervise and care for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and flexibility
  • Reliability, judgement, and time management skills
  • Patience and honesty
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong ability to work independently. The work environment is a family home in an urban area.
