Anishinabek Employment & Training Services is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide essential support to participants in our Respite Home Service, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to participants with various physical, developmental, and cognitive challenges
- Planning and delivering personalized support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Strong knowledge of disability support principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
