We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Talbot Arm Motel Limited. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests
- Operate a cash register and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with taking orders and serving guests in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
