Fibreglass Laminator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fibreglass Laminator to join our team at Les Entreprises Samson Enterprises Ltee. As a Fibreglass Laminator, you will be responsible for operating machines and equipment to cut, shape, and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, and fit plastic materials
  • Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies
  • Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to products
Work Environment:

Our work site environment is noisy, with odours, dust, heat, and confined spaces. You will be required to work at heights and handle heavy loads.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
