Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Simply Fun Childcare Centers Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various activities, including art, music, and physical play.
  • Engage children in interactive learning experiences, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Monitor children's progress and report any concerns to parents or guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Experience in childcare or a related field (an asset)
