About the Role

Citrex Corp. is seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanic to join our team. As an Electrical Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests of electrical equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Component Replacement and Maintenance: Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components as needed to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • On-Site Servicing and Repair: Perform on-site servicing and repair of electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Quality Control: Test and repair or replace faulty wiring or components in electrical switchgear to ensure proper performance and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical mechanics or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
