Job Description
At ENOVE SYSTEMS & E-COMMERCIAL, we are seeking an experienced Data Administrator Lead to join our team. As a key member of our data administration team, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models. This includes collecting and documenting user's requirements, designing and developing database systems, and testing data models and database management systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models* Collect and document user's requirements* Design and develop database systems* Test data models and database management systems* Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection, and availability* Provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding database management tools* Enact measures to make sure unauthorized users cannot access the data* Develop and maintain computer databases* Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results, and recommendations to other information systems professionals* Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, and data access rules* Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:* A strong understanding of data administration principles and practices* Excellent leadership and coordination skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders* Experience working with database management systems and data modeling tools* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
