About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2036782 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Maintain Knowledge of Products: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Basic knowledge of electronic cash registers and other retail technology is an asset.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required, and public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail are required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and reliability are essential.
