Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and repair gas turbine engines, ensuring maximum quality and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to implement best practices and processes, driving excellence in aviation maintenance.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and stand for extended periods.
  • Successful completion of TOWES (Test of Workplace Essential Skills), facilitated and paid for by StandardAero.
  • Ability to work legally in Canada without the need for sponsorship.

Preferred Requirements:

  • CFM56 experience or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of engines and components.
  • Previous experience with routine induction and dismantle of engines and components.
