Menswear Alteration Specialist

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every garment leaving our store is perfectly tailored to meet our customers' expectations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to create customized solutions that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting garments that fit their style and budget
• Expertly mark, alter, and press garments to ensure perfect fit and finish
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of quality and safety
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive working environment

Requirements:

• Familiarity with menswear fashion trends and styles
• Excellent technical skills in tailoring and alteration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
