About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to administer, analyze, and maintain Voice over IP infrastructure across multiple public and private datacenters. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business Server Administration, including PowerShell, patching, and certificate renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business Server
  • Analyze and maintain Voice over IP infrastructure
  • Manage TLS/PKI Certificate Management
  • Coordinate with PSTN Carrier Relations/Management
  • Ensure Active Directory integration
  • Work up to 25% evening/after-hours and up to 10% travel required

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBC)
