Executive Culinary Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Comida Taqueria Ltd. O/A Native Tongues Taqueria. As an Executive Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring that our food meets the highest quality standards.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will also be proficient in English and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and requisition necessary food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including cooks and kitchen helpers
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they adhere to company policies
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to maximize productivity
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks. They must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer competitive financial benefits, including gratuities, and other perks such as flexible working hours.
