Prep Academy Tutors is seeking a highly skilled Autism Education Specialist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. As an in-home service provider, we work with children aged 4 and older, developing individualized behavioral and educational plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
We deliver flexible and personalized programs to our students, specializing in all subject areas and catering to students from age four to twenty. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive support system for families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Competitive rates: $35-$50 per hour
- Flexible hours: Part-time contract basis, approximately 10-20 hours per week

About the Role:
- Provide behavioral support to students diagnosed with Autism, promoting positive behaviors and reducing challenging ones
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and develop data-driven interventions to improve student outcomes
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure seamless collaboration and progress monitoring
Requirements:
- Educational background in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
