Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Financial Accountant to oversee Payroll Management, Client Collections, and Accounts Payable at CONMED Canada. This position is vital for maintaining cash flow and ensuring prompt payments to clients, staff, and suppliers. Become a member of our Finance Team and contribute to an organization that appreciates your efforts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll and related contributions
  • Engage with clients for collection activities
  • Facilitate payments to vendors
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end financial closing
  • Support both internal and external audit processes

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Minimum of 2 years in Finance, Accounting, or Payroll roles
  • Familiarity with Oracle or ADP is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics
  • Capable of managing stress and communicating effectively
  • Quick to learn new ERP systems
