About the Role

Leigh Colosimo is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision to children in a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment

Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children in your care, maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times.

Prepare and Serve Nutritious Meals

Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Engage Children in Activities

Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning, socialization, and fun, including storytelling, singing, and crafts.

Monitor Safety Areas

Regularly inspect the play areas and ensure that they are safe and free from hazards.

Requirements
  • Education

A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a childcare setting is preferred.

Availability

Must be available for shift or on-call work and able to start on the advertised start date.
