Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Patel Clinic. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Provide basic information to clients and the public, and record and relay information as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices as required.
- Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff member.
- Calculate billing charges and provide directory assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
