As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Job Summary:- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RPN to join our Transitional Care Unit in Ottawa, providing full-time 12-hour shifts with rotation of day and night shifts and alternate weekends.
- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care and support to our clients, utilizing your clinical skills to ensure they receive the highest quality healthcare possible.
As an RPN with Bayshore HealthCare, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing client care through observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching.
- Maintaining accurate records of client conditions and changes, adhering to professional standards.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participating in ongoing internal and external continuing education activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Demonstrated clinical competencies, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

- An estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 based on experience.
