We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Angel's Touch Home Care Ltd. This is a permanent, part-time position with 30 hours of work per week.

About the Role

This role involves providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.

In addition to your caregiving responsibilities, you may also be required to administer medications, perform first aid, and provide companionship to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Reference required

You must have previous experience working in a home support or healthcare setting, and a high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $28-$32 per hour, based on industry standards and location. In addition to your hourly wage, you will also receive mileage reimbursement and other benefits as per the collective agreement.
