Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and inspiring in-store experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create impactful in-store events and ensure that our visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest makeup trends and techniques.
  • Work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
