About the Job:
The team at Amazon is dedicated to building innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies. As a cloud architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new and existing systems that are scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant. Your expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ will enable you to create high-quality, efficient, and testable code. Additionally, your knowledge of event-driven systems, reliability, and scalability will help shape the overall experience of our products.

Main Responsibilities:
- Define system architecture and own specific components.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software developers to define product scope.
- Take responsibility for technical problem solving and develop best practices.
- Demonstrate cross-functional resource interaction to accomplish goals.

Required Skills:
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience,
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience,
Experience programming with at least one software programming language,
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent,
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience,
Knowledge of performance, scalability, architecture, and engineering patterns and methods.

Estimated Salary:
$143,600 per year.
