About the Position

As a Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth objectives in medical cannabis through strengthening key relationships, developing new partnerships, delivering sales results, and impactful marketing activation plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Connect with healthcare practitioners, medical clinics, insurance providers, B2B partners, and advocacy groups to develop new connections, strengthen current partner relations, and grow our community of referrers and medical patients.
  2. Contribute to the development of and executing on the medical sales and marketing strategy.
  3. Identify and secure new medical sales and partnership opportunities nationally, to expand our network of healthcare practitioners, clinics, and patient community.
  4. Manage key relationships, to ensure timely communication and high service levels.
  5. Development of marketing programs and medical sales initiatives to drive awareness, patient appointment bookings, customer growth, sales, and retention.
  6. Championing our patients and partners internally, providing ongoing clinic, HCP, and patient feedback to the team and working collaboratively with cross-functional peers to continue to improve our product offering and patient and clinic partner experience.
  7. Executing B2B and direct to patient email marketing plans.
  8. Contributing to eCommerce roadmap and managing digital feature requests and shop merchandising.
  9. Deeply understanding relevant disease states, patient landscape, and partner needs to collaborate with our Brand Manager and design team on patient-centric, insight-driven education and marketing materials.
  10. Representing our organizations via online and live events to educate on our medical products and services.
  11. Staying ahead of industry and competitive trends to inform our strategic approach, identifying new challenges and opportunities.
  12. Ongoing review and comprehension of the regulatory framework and relevant changes.
