Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the sales floor stocked with attractive merchandise
  • Verify the quantity and quality of merchandise
  • Wrap and price merchandise
  • Rotate products
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized and clean
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Supervise staff and assign tasks
  • Support the department manager in administrative and operational tasks
  • In the absence of the manager, be available and able to perform tasks
  • Perform work according to Provigo standards and policies
Requirements:
  • Have a good knowledge and relevant experience in the field
  • Have marked leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Stand out with leadership, communication skills, dynamism, sense of responsibility, and business acumen
