Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Technician to join our team at Canada INC. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate access and use of computer networks to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Provide expert technical support to network users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring software to optimize server performance and ensure data security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in network administration and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows, and network protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
