Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and orders in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including receiving, counting, and stocking of parts and supplies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Delivery and Inspection: Inspect deliveries and outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and quality, handling any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Damage Claims and Returns: Process and resolve damage claims and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Parts Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move inventory as needed
