About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at XPert-Tech Roofing Systems Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and replacing roofing materials on various types of buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles.
  • Knowledge of waterproof coatings and their application.
  • Ability to estimate costs and materials for roofing projects.
