This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient crop production and processing.
  • Oversee the maintenance of quality control and production records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to bio-security procedures and ensuring that all staff follow established protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in agricultural operations or a related field
  • Experience with harvesters, tractors, vegetable or fruit harvesters, and forklifts
  • Basic security clearance
