Job Title: Sales Representative - GTA and Southern Ontario

Finica Food Specialties Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the GTA and Southern Ontario region.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Independent Trade and Food Service Channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of direct Food Sales experience and knowledge within the GTA and Southern Ontario market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers, Distributor Sales Team to promote products or services, negotiate sales prices, contact & visit customers throughout the sales process and answer any questions customers have about the product.
  • Create and Manage the Sales Budget, Forecasting, Gross Profit, P/L, EBIT, Pricing & Retail Distributor Retails.
  • Conduct monthly updates with customer channels (Retail & Food Service) and quarterly updates with senior customer personnel so that Monthly Sales Targets are being met.
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales review with Finica leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of direct Food Sales experience and knowledge within the GTA and Southern Ontario market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
