Automotive Body Painter

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Painter to join our team at Boyd Autobody & Glass. As an Automotive Body Painter, you will be responsible for painting and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring a perfect finish and meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Paint and refinish vehicles to a high standard, using a variety of techniques and materials.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
- Apply paint and clear coats, using a variety of techniques and equipment.
- Inspect and test paint finishes to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and working efficiently.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to achieve common goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with exposure to dust, chemicals, and other hazards. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
