Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at AL Group Construction Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and installing wooden structures, ensuring quality and precision in every detail.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, based on industry standards and regional costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure accurate construction.
  • Prepare layouts according to building codes using measuring tools and equipment.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Familiarize yourself with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; relevant experience and skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Possess basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and protocols.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with approximately 30 hours of work per week. The working language is English.
