The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Leader/Manager to join our Burnaby store team, working closely with a team of up to 15 staff members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train the retail team to meet sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Implement company policies and procedures while authorizing merchandise exchanges and refunds.
  • Contribute to merchandising and visual display of the store.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with special orders.
  • Secure the store each evening and perform daily checklist tasks.
  • Review daily balance reports and complete bank deposits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a management position.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including point-of-sale devices and systems.
