About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional with extensive industrial new-build experience to lead large-scale projects in the Greater Montreal Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, management, and delivery of industrial construction projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project sites
  • Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline standards
  • Lead project teams and provide mentorship to site managers
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements
  • 15+ years in the construction industry, with at least 5 years at the director level
  • Proven experience in managing industrial new-build construction projects
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead large teams
  • Flexibility to travel between sites in the Greater Montreal Area
