Job Description

Synergy Electric Ltd. is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
  • Manage data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Arrange logistics for company events, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Greet clients, guests, and employees, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and maintain manual and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
