We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Assembler to join our team at SM Custom Kitchen Cabinet. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and finishing high-quality cabinets and furniture.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and finish wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles
- Prepare, sand, and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts
- Set up and operate finishing machines or finish furniture by hand
- Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards
Our workshop is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail. You will be working in a team to meet production deadlines and deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and hot environment
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Flexibility, organized, and reliable
