">We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team of experienced clinicians. As an ACCS Clinician, you will work closely with adults diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis, providing individualized treatment plans and interventions that meet their unique needs.
">Responsibilities
">As a Licensed Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:
">- Developing and implementing comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using person-centered planning.
- Collaborating with care coordination entities, emergency service providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to share information and ensure the needs of the person are fully met.
- Providing individual sessions, facilitating support groups, and treatment planning meetings with individuals served. Providing clinical consultation and training to staff on the integrated team.
- Building relationships with individuals served and developing shared understanding of Person's goals and the steps necessary to achieve goals.
Requirements
">To be successful as a Licensed Therapist, you must have:
">- A Master's Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or licensed eligible.
- Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
