At Million Deliveries Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative and Financial Director to lead our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • C coordinate regional, divisional, or departmental work to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Formulate policies, programs, and goals that align with the company's vision and mission.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, promoting efficient resource allocation and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning, team leadership, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
