We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill the crucial roles of Front Desk Reception + Retail Associates. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional Tommy Gun's experience to every client, and we want you to be a part of it.

Position: Guest Services

Work Term: Part-time (with the possibility for full time)

Location: Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Wage: starting at $15.20 per hour

Flexible availability. Be able to work a variety of shifts—weekdays, evenings, and weekends

With experience in handling cash, taking payments, and counting the bill

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
  • Master excellent written and verbal communication skills—be the voice that answers emails and phone calls, manages service queues, and supports your team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Bring familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset)
  • Bonus points for experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa
