About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Rozzini's Restaurant Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
