We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Geotechnical Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale geotechnical projects, designing structures, reviewing technical reports, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute complex geotechnical studies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and implement technical solutions
  • Establish and maintain project standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geological Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects
  • Member of the Quebec Order of Engineers (OIQ)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluency in French for writing technical reports
  • Knowledge of English for collaboration with internal teams and clients
