Job Description

PepsiCo Beverages is seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance on soft drink dispensing equipment, including fountain machines, coolers, vendors, and icemakers.

This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

We offer competitive compensation, including a starting hourly rate of $45.00 per hour with Journeyman certification. In addition, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, pension, and match RSP contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on soft drink dispensing equipment
  • Delivery and delivery assistance of cooler and vendor equipment
  • Installation and installation assistance of fountain equipment
  • Enhance and maintain customer relations through efficient, professional customer service
  • Work some evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis

Qualifications

  • Journeyman certification
  • Demonstrated positive team attitude and ability to work independently
  • Proven attendance record
  • Preference given to those with experience working with soft drink dispensing equipment or certification in Small Appliance Repair and/or Refrigeration
  • Mechanical/technical ability
  • Good communication skills
